01 General Terms

Vip9 (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "the Company") operates the website, mobile app, and all related services. By using any vip9 service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions take effect from the date you create an account or begin using the platform. The Bengali version of these Terms is the authoritative text — in the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version will prevail.

02 Account Registration

To open an account with vip9, the following information must be provided accurately:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Email address (optional but recommended for account security)

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity document is strictly prohibited.

If false or incorrect information is provided during registration, vip9 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance at any time.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This requires uploading a clear photo of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC is complete.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following conditions must be met to access all vip9 services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must reside in a country or region where online betting is legally permitted under applicable law.
• Accounts must be registered in your own name — managing an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
• Users must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Vip9 does not charge any fees on deposits.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Daily maximum limits depend on your KYC level.
• Vip9 does not charge any handling fee on withdrawals.
• Average processing time is under 5 minutes.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit — withdrawals to a different method are not permitted.

Vip9 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions and reserves the right to place a hold on such transactions if necessary.

05 Betting Regulations

The following rules apply when placing bets on vip9:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, the Cash Out feature may be used where available on selected markets.
• If a system error causes incorrect odds to be displayed and a bet is confirmed, vip9 reserves the right to re-settle the bet at the correct odds or cancel it.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• In a draw or tie market, if the result is a draw, the stake is returned under the "Draw No Bet" market.
• Vip9 is not liable for missed bets due to internet disconnection during live betting.
• Vip9 reserves the right to cap any bet at the maximum limit.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Vip9 offers a range of bonus promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page. General bonus terms:

• Each bonus offer is valid for a specified period — any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• To cash out a bonus balance, the specified wagering requirement (betting turnover condition) must be met.
• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts from the same household, IP address, or device is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• To receive the referral bonus, the referred member must complete a valid registration and fulfil the required deposit and wagering conditions.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vip9. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of the balance:

• Opening an account using another person's information or identity.
• Placing bets using any kind of software bot, script, or automated system.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through odds manipulation or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Placing bets with the intent to assist match-fixing or sports corruption.
• Attempting to pass KYC verification using a false identity or fabricated information.

If any suspicious activity is detected, vip9 may temporarily suspend the account while an investigation is underway.

08 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support or using the self-exclusion feature. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Vip9 may close an account under the following circumstances:

• Serious violations of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 18 months).

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, vip9 is not obligated to return any remaining balance.

09 Limitation of Liability

Vip9 will not be liable for the following:

• Missing a bet or failing to cash out due to internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service downtime due to circumstances beyond our control (cyberattacks, natural disasters, power outages).
• Account loss resulting from the user sharing their own login credentials.

10 Responsible Gaming
